The Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences has announced the winners of the 2024 Excellence Module competition

The Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences (Szkoła Doktorska Nauk Ścisłych i Przyrodniczych UJ) has announced the winners of the 2024 Excellence Module competition, organized as part of the strategic program Initiative of Excellence at Jagiellonian University (ID.UJ). This prestigious competition, aimed at doctoral students from the Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences and participants in doctoral studies, showcases outstanding research and academic achievements.
This year 6 PhD students working at MCB were awarded in the competition.    
Przemysław Grygier - KIND research group (supervisor dr Anna Czarna) - 1st degree prize
Maciej Gustab - Mycolab (supervisor dr hab. Piotr Rozpądek) - 1st degree prize
Igor Kaczmarczyk - Max Planck Research Group (supervisor dr hab. Sebastian Glatt) - 2nd degree prize
Weronika Kosowicz - Mycolab (supervisor dr hab. Piotr Rozpądek) - 1st degree prize
Aleksandra Synowiec - Virogenetics (supervisor prof. dr hab. Krzysztof Pyrć) - 2nd degree prize
Marta Walczak - Max Planck Research Group (supervisor dr hab. Sebastian Glatt) - 2nd degree prize
