We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 1st Summer School of Malopolska Centre of Biotechnology JU that will be held in Zakopane 22-25 May, 2018.
It is a great pleasure to announce that this first meeting will focus on a very hot topic that is: BigData in Life Science. We will discuss challenges and opportunities associated with the new technologies influencing genome biology, embryology or structural biology and the increasing role of computational biology in the life sciences.
Part of our summer school will be dedicated to two theoretical and practical events: “Molecular Biology Tools in ART” and “Experimental Embryology workshop” to be held within H2020-Twinn-2015, project title: “Epigenetic Risk Assessment of Assisted Reproduction Technologies” (acronym ERAofART). The summer school will focus on exchange of know-how and experience between involved researchers. These activities are meant to stimulate cooperation and knowledge transfer and make use of the experience of the visiting researchers, as well as discuss and prepare joint project proposals.
We hope that the topic will provide a great opportunity for interesting discussions and good integration of researchers working at MCB. We are sure that the meeting will be also
a great opportunity to relax in the unique environment of Polish Tatras.
We wish you the constructive scientific debates and relaxing free time!
