The MCB will hold a Bionanoscience workshop on November 22nd-23rd hosted by the Heddle laboratory (http://www.mcb.uj.edu.pl/heddle-laboratory). Bionanoscience - designing and building artificial structures using biological molecules such as protein, DNA, RNA and lipids is an exciting area of synthetic biology. Bionanoscience has a wide range of potential applications from materials to smart medicines but is still at its earliest stage. This workshop brings together pioneers in the field from across the world and gives them the opportunity to present and discuss their work. It is hoped that the workshop will catalyse research collaboration and drive the field forward. More information can be found on the workshop homepage (http://bionanoworkshop.byethost22.com/).
