Requirements:
The selection procedure is open for all individuals, who meet the requirements set out in Articles 113 and 116.2.4) of the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science, and who meet the following eligibility criteria according to § 166 of the Statute of the Jagiellonian University:
• holding at least a Master’s degree, Master of Science degree or an equivalent degree;
• exhibiting aptitude for research work.
Additional requirements and expectations:
• MSc studies in the field of molecular biology or similar (e.g., biochemistry, biophysics, medical biology),
• Experience in virology and gut organoids.
• Experience in infectious work, up to BSL2 level.
• English: at least B2+ ; ability to read, understand, and write in scientific English,
• Computer skills,
• Ability to collaborate and work in teams.
