Job description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic scientist to join our group who will be engaged in the ongoing Sonata-bis project “Molecular background of microvascular complications in HNF1A-MODY patients: induced pluripotent stem cells as disease modeling tool”. The selected candidate will join the group headed by Dr hab. Neli Kachamakova-Trojanowska, at Malopolska Centre of Biotechnology in Krakow, Poland and would have the possibility to gain experience in various cell and molecular techniques.
Requirements:

Bachelor or Master's degree in molecular biology or similar (biology, biochemistry, medical biology);Sterile cell culture techniques; basic molecular biology techniques; Western blot;Advantageous: experience with gene editing techniques, FACS and/or imaging techniques; endothelial cell biology.Good command of spoken and written English;knowledge and ability to use computer software;ability to cooperate, diligence, scientific activity;willingness to learn and apply new research techniques.
