The selected Candidate will join the team studying protein macrostructures (www.heddlelab.org), such as virus-like particles. He or she will take part in the implementation of the OPUS19 project entitled "Use of modular virus-like particles to create a vaccine prototype against feline coronavirus." More about the project can be found here: https://www.ncn.gov.pl/sites/default/files/listy-rankingowe/2020-03-16pfoa/streszczenia/483967-pl.pdf Employment in the proposed position gives the opportunity to gain experience in the field of production as well as biochemical and biophysical characterization of virus-like particles. Part-time employment (civil law contract) with the possibility of extension to 3 years. It is possible to combine employment in the above position with the realisation of PhD programme (the condition is admission to the doctoral school of the Małopolska Center of Biotechnology of the Jagiellonian University) or part-time position in a different project.
